TSP Windows Limited is a private limited company in England and Wales.  We act as both a ‘controller’ and ‘processor’ as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation.

We will only collect information from/about you that is relevant to the matter that we are dealing with. In particular we may collect the following information from you which is defined as ‘personal data’:

We will mainly use your information for the provision of advice regarding your project. This is necessary for the performance of our contract and for our compliance with our legal obligations.

We will keep your information throughout the period of time that we work on your matter and afterwards for a period of six years as we are required to do by law.

WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?

You have a series of rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including the right to access a copy of the information we hold about you. You also have a right to have your information deleted; however this right is overridden where we have legal obligations to keep the information.
